Job summary

M.C. Dean is hiring a Senior Special Hazards Systems Technician to install, program, test, and commission complex fire protection and releasing systems across critical facilities. The role requires independent diagnosis, system modifications, and strong collaboration with project teams.

Candidates should have extensive NFPA knowledge, field experience with releasing systems, and be willing to travel to customer sites. A Top-Secret clearance is required for access to sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical knowledge of special hazards fire suppression systems and releasing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customers, project teams, and technicians.
• Ability to travel to customer and project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, troubleshoot, test, and commission special hazards fire suppression and releasing systems.
• Coordinate field activities with customers, project managers, and engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior technicians.
