Responsibilities

• Develop collection strategies and action plans for complex loans.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for collection plans.
• Negotiate terms with borrowers, attorneys and third parties.
• Implement recovery plans to minimize risk and loss to the bank.
• Provide timely reporting to the Special Assets Manager.
• Interact with lawyers and outside professionals to pursue the bank’s agenda.
• Minimize out-of-pocket expenses while maximizing recoveries.
• Ensure BSA compliance.
