Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-risk borrowers and prepare action plans.
• Restructure and manage loans from inception to resolution.
• Handle bankruptcy processes and attend court hearings.

Skills

Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Effective organizational and time management skills

Intermediate knowledge of SBA loans

Basic skills in Word and Excel

Ability to handle difficult problems

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college
