SOKOL GxP Services seeks a Senior Scientist focused on Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Data Analytics to support a Global MSAT team in the pharmaceutical industry. The role combines hands-on data preparation, applied statistics, and coding to monitor manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharmaceutical GMP experience, with hands-on coding in R or Python, and a track record of improving analytical workflows. Hybrid work in the U.S. with potential travel is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical GMP experience.
• 3+ years in data management and analytics.
• Hands-on coding in R or Python for data preparation, manipulation, analysis, or reporting.
• Experience applying statistical methods including SPC, process monitoring, capability analysis, or comparative statistics.
• Projects applying coding and statistical analysis to real business or technical problems.
• Strong analytical thinking and technical communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, clean, merge, validate, and analyze datasets using R or Python.
• Apply SPC, control charts, process capability, and comparative statistics.
• Monitor process performance, identify trends, investigate statistical alerts, and communicate findings.
• Execute routine and ad hoc analyses and prepare reports/presentations for stakeholders.
• Improve analytical tools, data preparation workflows, and reporting processes through coding/automation.
• Support CPV and APQR activities.
• Contribute to analytical system configuration and documentation.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional stakeholders.
