Job summary

BRDG Studios is seeking a hands-on Lead Spatial Designer to join our team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This role blends physical architecture, fabrication and creative technology to catalyze new business and concept development for our Tier-1 client roster.

The Lead will split time between interpreting briefs into Build Intent Briefs (70%) and leading original creative pitches (30%), while supervising a small design team to deliver production-ready materials and 3D visuals.

Qualifications

• Must personally produce production-grade deliverables.
• Translate client briefs into actionable build intents and design decks.
• Budgeting, materials costs and labor allocations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interpret briefs and translate into Build Intent Briefs with clear parameters for engineering and fabrication.
• Lead client-facing pitches and develop visual treatments and decks.
• Manage a small agile design team to scale responses to briefs.
