Job summary

CesiumAstro is hiring a software lead to develop both low-level and high-level software for satellites and mission operations. You’ll drive product roadmaps, designs, coding, testing, and in-orbit support, interfacing with hardware teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS/EE/CE as core degrees.
• 8+ years in software development with BS, or 7+ with MS.
• Flight software experience preferred.
• Hands-on development and troubleshooting with hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software for satellites, ground stations, and mission ops centers.
• Architect and document space system software across lifecycle.
• Review code and designs; mentor junior engineers.
