Job summary

Associates Systems LLC seeks a Senior Verification and Validation Engineer to lead V&V strategy, plan and implement processes, and collaborate with NASA on ISS joint verification activities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or related discipline).
10+ years’ experience in engineering verification and validation activities.
Background in space systems engineering and space missions preferred.
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JAMA) required.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills; ability to brief senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement verification and validation (V&V) strategy and processes.
Collaborate with NASA to integrate joint verification activities with the ISS.
Manage customer-related integrated V&V plans and lead collaboration efforts.
Establish verification requirements for subsystems and suppliers.
Mentor junior engineers in spacecraft concepts, processes, and tool development.
Prepare technical documentation and presentations for peers and external customers.
