Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, with 5+ years of aerospace hardware experience and the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance. The position is in-office with a focus on performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of aerospace hardware experience including link budgets and spacecraft subsystems.
• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF system architecture design and link budgets for spacecraft communications subsystems.
• Design and route PCBs interfacing with spacecraft subsystems.
• Perform EMI/EMC analysis and testing across the spacecraft.
• Lead magnetic cleanliness programs and conduct magnetic survey testing on flight hardware.
• Ensure FCC/NTIA compliance and provide guidance on grounding/test configurations.
