You will lead mission profiles, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and build tools to automate operations. The role requires 5+ years in real‑time ops on complex missions and 3+ years coding with Python/JavaScript/HTML. On-site with stock options and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Aerospace, Electrical or Computer Science).
• 5+ years of real-time operations experience on complex, high-consequence systems.
• 3+ years developing software tools with Python, JavaScript, or HTML.
• Familiarity with avionics, GNC, software and thermal design for spacecraft.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and lead Varda's on-orbit missions.
• Own the full ops development cycle for mission-unique payloads.
• Collaborate across teams to improve mission operations and ensure success.
• Automate operational workload by building web tools.
• Scale up operational capabilities to support a growing flight cadence.
