Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is looking for a Structural Analyst III to support the Lunar Permanence unit focused on Blue Moon landers. You will leverage your expertise in static and dynamic structural analysis to develop safe, reliable hardware for space missions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or aerospace engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in providing solutions for complex structural dynamics problems. The position is based in New York, and offers a full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in prediction/validation of structural dynamics.
• Ability to solve static and dynamic structural problems.
• Passion for spacecraft structural/environmental loads development.

Responsibilities

• Solve static and dynamic structural problems.
• Support configuration development and trade studies.
• Modeling and verification of spacecraft launch conditions.
