Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Spacecraft Integration & Test Engineer for on-site work in El Segundo, CA.

You will lead ATLO activities for satellite programs, drive test campaigns, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and security to deliver reliable space systems. You will oversee assembly, integration, and environmental testing, develop detailed workflows, and ensure adherence to space-grade standards while supporting continuous improvement and program

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, mechanical/electrical engineering, or test environments in aerospace or commercial sectors.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of satellite programs from assembly through environmental testing and launch.
• Develop ATLO flows including sequencing, testing, and launch vehicle integration.
• Review drawings and schematics for manufacturability and integration challenges; propose improvements.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers in cleanroom environments to troubleshoot non-conformances and provide go/no-go decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput and reduce build hours; support test campaigns.
