Job summary

Shield Capital seeks a flight software engineer to develop C/C++ software for critical spacecraft functions, including radio communications, telemetry, and autonomous fault protection.

You will support hardware bring-up and system integration, optimizing for Low-SWaP embedded environments in Herndon, Virginia. A BS in CS or EE with 3+ years spacecraft flight software experience is required; proficiency in C, Python, and version control.
