Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, computer science, electrical, manufacturing, mechanical, or materials engineering and 5+ years aerospace experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design and manufacturing teams to create test, manufacturability, and inspection plans for vehicle hardware.
• Contain non-conforming product and guide quality inspectors and shop personnel.
• Lead failure investigations in production, test, and operation to identify root causes and reduce risk.
• Provide peer review of hardware during design reviews and test campaigns.
• Perform FMEA, test coverage planning, change management, and manufacturability improvements for flight hardware.
• Own vehicle-level deliverables for regulatory compliance and hazard analyses.
• Support Mission Assurance risk management and mitigations.
