Rocket Lab in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer II to participate in the development and testing of avionics hardware for spacecraft programs. You will work with engineers across disciplines through requirements, design, prototyping, fabrication, testing and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical or computer engineering (or related field)
• Experience in electrical hardware design from requirements through production
• Knowledge of analog electronics and circuit analysis (SPICE)

Responsibilities

• Develop PCBA requirements with other engineering teams
• Schematic capture and PCB layout
• Circuit analysis for power, tolerance and reliability
• PCB design verification testing and system integration
• Production manufacturing support as needed
