Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing company, seeks an Aerospace Vehicle Technician Senior for 1st shift to assemble and integrate spacecraft components from drawings and specs. You will operate specialized equipment, perform leak checks, install MLI/SLI insulation, and record test data to verify performance.

Experience with high‑reliability assemblies and wiring harnesses is essential. Strong attention to detail, ability to read schematics, and proficiency with hand tools and measurement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years in mechanical assembly for high-reliability products.
• Experience building and terminating wiring harnesses for racks and boxes.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and digital multimeters.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate components from drawings and schematics to meet specifications.
• Operate spacecraft assembly equipment and alignment fixtures.
• Perform complete system leak and pressure checks and alignment verifications.
• Handle MLI and SLI insulation during installation.
• Record and analyze test data and generate reports and graphs.
• Support range operations and hardware moves.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and apply mechanical knowledge.
• Acquire required certifications and maintain safety practices.
