Job summary

KBR, Inc in the United States seeks a Senior Space Technology & Microelectronics Intelligence SME to deliver expert analysis on foreign space industrial bases, microelectronics production ecosystems, and defense tech trends.

You will assess ecosystems, evaluate supply chains, identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities, and produce strategic intelligence products for senior leadership on national security and space defense priorities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Microelectronics, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical intelligence or engineering experience.
• Experience evaluating industrial base and technology development programs.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assess foreign space-to-ground technology ecosystems.
• Analyze microelectronics manufacturing capabilities and supply chains.
• Evaluate dependencies, bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities in critical technology sectors.
• Support technology forecasting and long-range threat assessments.
• Conduct engineering-level reviews of advanced systems and components.
• Develop strategic intelligence products and executive briefings.
