Job summary

Sierra Space in Louisville, CO is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead mid-size technical programs, integrate engineering solutions, and drive innovation.

You will guide cross-functional teams, develop basis of estimates, manage risk and schedules, interface with customers, and report KPIs to leadership. A bachelor's degree and 8+ years experience are required, PMP and CAD/PLM tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with EVMS, CAM, or equivalent in program management.
• Ability to manage risks, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
• Own risk management and cost/schedule management for programs.
