Job summary

Iridium is seeking a Senior Integration and Test Engineer to lead integration and testing of mission-critical ground segment infrastructure for national security missions. You will guide CI/CD pipelines, test strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure system readiness.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and hands-on experience with satellite ground systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevOps practices. Hybrid work model in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on integration and test experience with complex systems.
• Programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, Shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on integration and test activities and ensure alignment with goals and quality standards.
• Lead end-to-end integration of satellite ground segment components including C2, telemetry, mission planning, hardware, software, and networking infra.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across environments.
• Oversee system testing and verification from requirements through test execution.
• Develop and execute integration test plans and automated regression suites.
