As the operator of a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC), we are broadly engaged across all aspects of space— delivering innovative solutions that span satellite, launch, ground, and cyber systems for defense, civil and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or mathematics required.
• 6+ years of experience in engineering or related technical field.
• Knowledge of satellite threat technologies and applications (EW, lasers, etc.).
• Experience analyzing directed energy systems and satellite software.
• Ability to travel around 10% and obtain security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical contributor and project coordinator on space system analyses.
• Partner with government teams to deliver impactful assessments.
• Work with technical intelligence at customer locations.
• Use analytic tools to assess space system performance.
• Coordinate large-scale technical efforts across programs.
• Facilitate interaction between customers and Aerospace staff.
