Quantum Sky invites applications for a Senior Systems Engineer to support US Space Force SSC family systems, SEWOL, and RMT initiatives. You will join a fast-paced team responsible for systems engineering in procurement, development, and sustainment across space electronic warfare architectures.

The role requires US citizenship, TS/SCI eligibility, and a strong background in requirements development, architectures, interfaces, and system integration.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant work experience; experience substitution allowed for a Masters or PhD
• Experience in requirements development, architectures, interfaces, systems integration, test and evaluation, verification and validation
• Strong communications and coordination skills across multiple organizations to plan, execute, and post-process test activities and data

Responsibilities

• Interact with Government sponsors to test capabilities on space EW architectures, operations and test infrastructure
• Provide technical systems engineering support on Integrated Program Teams focused on software development
• Leverage modeling and simulation tools in systems engineering and product design for prototyping, testing, and optimization
• Provide systems engineering support to SEWOL and RMT enterprise analyses (M&S, AoA, prototype development) to define future capabilities
• Write/review preliminary and final technical reports to support fielding decisions
• Assist in development of performance-based logistics as a cost-effective system support strategy
• Assist in requirements development and acquisition activities (SOW, SOO, RFP prep)
• Review test plans, procedures, and reports and maintain an integrated master schedule
• Engage with industry and mission partners to capture current and future SEWOL/RMT needs
• Support modernization planning activities and interoperability analysis
