Qualifications

• On-site role based in Greenbelt, MD with a focus on space communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop quantitative models and simulation frameworks for space communications networks.
• Provide technical leadership, define modeling approaches, and ensure rigor and traceability.
• Lead analyses of alternatives, capacity studies, coverage assessments, and RF link analyses.
• Define requirements and architectures for analytical tools and establish V&V strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into tractable analytical problems.
• Prepare high-quality reports and briefings for senior leadership.
