Job summary

Qualis LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead NASA engineering services at Kennedy Space Center. The role provides programmatic, technical, and operational leadership for mission-direct support, spacecraft fleet management, and end-to-end transportation concepts for Moon missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; master's preferred.
• 20+ years of aerospace/space systems experience; 10+ years in program/project management.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex spacecraft and mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary systems engineering, mission operations, mission analysis, integration, and technical support teams.
• Direct engineering and integration activities across launch site operations, launch vehicles, and mission operations.
• Oversee NASA contractor interface, design reviews, tests, demonstrations, and mission readiness assessments.
• Ensure assessments provide NASA with information for concur/non-concur decisions on provider actions and performance.
• Direct investigation and resolution of technical issues affecting missions and spacecraft fleets.
• Develop staffing, resource, transition, and retention strategies for aerospace expertise.
• Provide senior technical and programmatic recommendations to NASA leadership.
