Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a federal background review and drug screen.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering or architecture and project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations while coordinating the onsite team.
• Ensure successful resource planning and execution of the contract.
• Supervise and guide direct reports, including A&E Managers and Construction Supervision Managers.
