Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in program management or managerial roles on large cross-functional projects.
• Experience in technology, EPC-like project coordination, and managing scope/budget.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and profitability in line with contracts.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and to specifications.
• Forecast revenue, margins, and resolve project risks and changes.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, test, and quality assurance teams.
