Alumni Ventures is looking for a Senior Product Systems Engineer at Loft. You will own the architecture of Loft's offerings, working across ground, space, software, and hardware to ensure a coherent system.

Your role entails defining how capabilities are allocated and maintaining requirements, ensuring that solutions are reusable and scalable. A strong systems engineering background in complex products is essential.

The position offers a salary range of $180,000- $230,000 per year in California with extensive benefits including health insurance, flexible time off, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Experience working at the boundary between architecture definition, requirements structuring, and engineering implementation.
• Ability to structure complex systems into clear capabilities and requirements.
• Experience with space systems, including customer-facing technical platforms.

• Ensure the ground processing chain is coherent.
