Job summary

Target in Minneapolis is seeking a Sr Business Partner in Space, Presentation and Transitions to lead adjacency and space strategy across merchandise teams. You will collaborate with merchants, store operations and cross-functional partners to optimize shelf space and presentation.

The role also includes guiding a global team in India, driving remodel initiatives and fixture configurations, and delivering space moves with clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of work experience in retail, specifically Space & Presentation, Buying or Planning.
• POG expertise highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnerships across merchant leaders to drive adjacency and space strategy.
• Coordinate and execute space strategies across a cross-functional team.
• Lead a global team in India to ensure accurate execution of space plans.
• Engage merchandising partners to evolve adjacency direction for stores.
• Lead special projects on new merchandising strategies and fixtures.
