Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in support of training.
• 12+ years of space-related military experience as SNCO or Officer.
• Extensive knowledge of Space Fundamentals and space-enabled capabilities.
• Experience supporting Army and Joint Space Operations.
• Strong understanding of MDMP and military planning.
• Experience integrating space into multi-domain operations.
• Familiarity with ADDIE instructional design model.
• Instructor/trainer background in military education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Army and Joint Space Operations.
• Deliver instruction and facilitate training for SMDS courses.
• Develop, update, and maintain lesson plans and course materials.
• Design and conduct classroom instruction, practical exercises, and student evaluations.
• Align training content with TRADOC 350-70 and accreditation standards.
• Research evolving threats and ensure training remains current.
• Coordinate with SMDS divisions to align content with requirements.
• Support and facilitate After Action Reviews and identify improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in Space training.
• Travel to support training events and missions.
