Job summary

Peraton seeks an experienced Special Technical Operations (STO) Analyst for a national security space warfighting program. You will coordinate dispersed teams, manage compartmented operations, and integrate new capabilities while interfacing with Acquisition offices.

You will craft timely reporting to inform decision-makers and deconflict planning across mission centers. The role requires SME-level knowledge of space and multi-domain operations, strong leadership of planning projects, and

Qualifications

12+ years combined experience working in space defense operations and STO with bachelor's degree; 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree; 10+ years relevant experience with MS in related field.
2+ years of project management or experience leading space operations or planning teams.
2+ years assigned at relevant Intelligence Community (IC) organizations conducting space ops.
Active TS/SCI with adjudicated Poly.

Responsibilities

STO operations and reporting activities.
Manage ACCM (Alternate Compensatory Control Measures).
Prepare briefings, reports and other relevant products for informational and decision purposes.
Assess procedures and capabilities and provide Acquisition offices feedback regarding customer requirements and shortfalls.
Deconflict offensive planning activities with national space-mission operations centers.
Support system integration, automation & machine learning, and exercise efforts as required.
Identify system or intelligence gaps and risks and report, manage and mitigate those risks.
Work on-site full-time at a government facility in Springfield, VA.
