Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with facilities-related topics (electrical, phone, data, AV, maintenance) on a large campus
• Demonstrated experience interacting with customers and facilities vendors; liaison with external partners
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Top Secret and/or SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Deliver planning packages, occupancy forecasts and headcount alignment plans
• Plan utilization of office space to support organizational efficiency and budget
• Formulate and ensure adherence to standards related to office space and furnishings
• Liaise with owners of leased office space for planning and alterations
• Collaborate with building users and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Prepare and present information to executive leadership and key customers
• Coordinate work of employees on projects and support both internal and external customers
• Manage space planning for multiple buildings and furniture layouts
• Review and approve move requests and coordinate with moves team
• Update the facilities database daily and track facility tickets for moves and maintenance
