Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires active U.S. Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (EE/CE/Physics/CS).
• 5+ years designing and testing EO/IR signal processing algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Develop discrimination algorithms for EO/IR sensors in real‑time environments.
• Design signal processing pipelines: detection, feature extraction, image processing.
• Develop decision logic to improve classification performance under contested conditions.
• Analyze noise, SNR, and environmental effects on EO/IR phenomenology.
• Build models and run Monte Carlo simulations and hardware‑in‑the‑loop tests.
• Create analysis tools to evaluate algorithm performance under challenging conditions.
• Collaborate with software engineers to productionize algorithms for deployment.
• Engage with stakeholders to present solutions and system performance.
