Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Mid-Level Integrated Product Team Lead for Space Electronics Programs. The role is 100% onsite and requires ability to obtain U.S. Citizenship and security clearances (Top Secret/SCI).

You will lead architecture development, interface integration, and program execution across multiple teams, suppliers, and customers. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in leading teams with Earned Value Management (EVM) in a space

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with integrated schedules.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results.
• 1+ years of experience with planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of the project architecture and top level plans.
• Identifies key program interfaces between activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.
• Facilitates resolution of project issues and coordinates program metrics.
• Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.
