Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for our Space team in Costa Mesa, CA.

You will own, operate, and harden classified Linux infrastructure across air-gapped sites, driving security, automation, and reliability for Space Domain Awareness data. You will collaborate with Mission Software Engineers, Product Operations, and TPMs to deploy capabilities on tight timelines while maintaining rigorous observability and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (preferred TS/SCI)
• 5+ years Kubernetes production experience
• Expert Linux proficiency in terminal and OS internals
• Proven STIG compliance and hardening experience
• Experience in air-gapped/classified environments
• IaC with Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
• Bash and Python production automation
• Observability tooling with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Understanding of Git, code reviews, testing, and Agile

Responsibilities

• Stand up, harden, and maintain classified Linux-based infrastructure across globally distributed sites in air-gapped environments
• Apply and enforce STIG compliance and system hardening standards
• Build, maintain, and evolve infrastructure as code using Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
• Write automation scripts in Bash and Python
• Maintain observability across the stack using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Operate containerized workloads in Kubernetes at scale in production
• Provide real-time incident response and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Mission Ops, and TPMs for deployment readiness
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for Space Domain Awareness missions
• Drive automation and process improvements with minimal supervision
