Responsibilities

• Lead day to day execution of programs ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Develop and manage IMS, budgets, and program management plans.
• Apply EVMS principles to track performance and drive corrective actions.
• Manage risks, issues, and opportunities with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross functional teams for timely delivery of hardware and tests.
• Act as primary customer point of contact and maintain relationships.
• Prepare and present program status, reviews, and leadership updates.
• Support proposal development including scope, cost estimates, and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and reporting.
