Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 6+ years experience with space-based communication payloads.
• Background in antenna and RF systems.
• Experience with scripting and programming languages.
• Experience with product/component developers and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication.
• Proficiency with DOORS or Jama.
• Ability to define work direction and track milestones.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer and operational needs to define requirements and ensure interfaces.
• Support verification planning and test execution.
• Develop system engineering processes for requirements management and traceability.
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Identify and resolve issues impeding progress of engineering teams.
• Foster efficiency and continuous program improvement.
