Job summary

SAS is seeking a Sr Analyst for Space and Assortment in Portland, OR. The role leads complex space and assortment projects, overseeing timelines and delivering strategic recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.

The Senior Associate will mentor junior team members, optimize processes, and leverage advanced tools to drive best practices in merchandising and analytics. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 4–6 years of experience with planograms or floorplans.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to align on client objectives and space/assortment strategies.
• Gather customer insights and competitive data to support business objectives.
• Create merchandising presentations and support retailer meetings as needed.
• Advise merchandising on space planning analytics and planogram/floorplans.
• Manage spatial information workflows and analytics, recommending process improvements.
• May lead or support a team and ensure timely project completion.
