Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a SAS Lead Analyst Space and Assortment to lead cross-functional projects in space planning and shelf optimization. You will align objectives with clients and senior stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and drive data-driven recommendations across functions.

This senior role requires deep experience with planograms/floorplans, strong Excel and Office skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that improve shopper experience and retailer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
6–8 years of experience with Planograms or Floorplans.
Experience with analysis in a professional setting.
Experience in merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to align on client objectives and space optimization solutions.
Gather customer insights and competitive data; interpret results and communicate findings clearly.
Create merchandising presentations to enhance consumer shopping experience; support retailer meetings as needed.
Partner with merchandising on space planning analytics and planogram/floorplans.
Manage spatial information workflows and analytics; recommend process improvements.
May lead or support a team, delegating workload and ensuring timely completion.
