Ideal candidates have BGP/OSPF/ISIS mastery on Cisco IOS-XR/IOS-XE and Juniper Junos, with immediate onsite availability for Jersey City deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in service provider WAN engineering and core routing.
• Hands-on mastery of Cisco IOS-XR/IOS-XE and Juniper Junos, with BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS experience.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and in-person interview availability in Jersey City.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale SP WAN architectures and backbones.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS traffic engineering.
• Implement SR-MPLS, SRv6, and VPN services across carrier-grade networks.
• Manage high-end routers/switches (Cisco ASR/CRS/Nexus, Juniper MX).
• Coordinate maintenance, security policies, and telemetry-driven optimization.
• Create runbooks, topology diagrams, and IP inventories for operations.
