Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join the Culinary team in Park City.

This award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property features 150 rooms, 4,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, offering elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions worldwide, including a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining.

  • Classification: Full-Time
  • Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As Senior Sous Chef, you will assist in directing all culinary operations to ensure outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Executive Chef in culinary management, food quality, safety standards, team performance, and cost controls.
  • Creating menus for banquets and events based on current food trends and regional tastes.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
  • Monitoring and developing team member performance, providing supervision, training, and recognition.
