Qualifications

• Prior institutional cooking experience is required.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsabilités

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Stores food according to sanitation procedures and maintains equipment cleanliness.
• Ensures proper food handling, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Keeps track of inventory, deliveries, and waste; reports shortages.
