Job summary

Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a seasoned Sr. Sourcing Specialist to manage contract procurement, vendor sourcing, and material acquisition for GTS projects. You will ensure timely procurement, align with budgets, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Responsibilities include negotiating vendor agreements, maintaining supplier scorecards, and coordinating with PMs, Field Execution, Engineering, and Finance to support project goals. 100% onsite requirement with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Coordination and retention for field requirements qualifications.
• Evaluate and maintain supplier scorecards to meet RMS' objectives, policies and procedures.
• Manage non-conformances and supplier chargebacks.
• Reconcile invoicing weekly and monthly from all Third Part suppliers.
• Initiate supplier improvement meetings to improve quality and manufacturability.
• Coordinate Supplier project kickoff execution meetings.
• Performs other related company duties as assigned.
• Manage terms and conditions with suppliers.
