Rumble is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to manage the sourcing, contracting, and purchase-order lifecycle for technical goods and services that support the Company’s growing infrastructure and business operations. This role will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering technical contracts and purchase orders from initial request through delivery, receipt, and vendor performance tracking.

The Senior Sourcing Specialist will partner closely with internal stakeholders across Infrastructure, Technology, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Legal to ensure purchasing decisions are commercially sound, properly documented, and aligned with budget and delivery requirements. You should be comfortable evaluating proposals, comparing bids, analyzing pricing, negotiating business terms, and communicating recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

This role is well suited for a proactive procurement professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain strong vendor relationships, and solve problems creatively when market constraints, supply shortages, or delivery risks arise. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound business judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex purchasing activity in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sourcing and procurement lifecycle for technical contracts, purchase orders, equipment, software, and services. Review vendor proposals, cost estimates, pricing information, and commercial terms to ensure requirements are met and purchasing decisions are supported by clear analysis. Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts and purchase orders with vendors, confirming that pricing, scope, delivery dates, payment terms, and other business terms are accurate. Compare vendor bids and support supplier selection decisions based on cost, quality, delivery capability, technical requirements, and overall commercial value.

Partner with Accounting and Finance to support accurate CAPEX and OPEX forecasting, budget tracking, invoice review, and purchase planning. Present proposal and pricing analyses to applicable stakeholders and provide clear recommendations on sourcing and award decisions. Track equipment and parts orders through shipment, delivery, receipt, and confirmation by the internal requestor, ensuring materials are delivered to the appropriate locations and accurately documented. Maintain vendor records and performance data, including product quality, delivery performance, commercial terms, and service reliability. Identify and help mitigate procurement risks, including equipment shortages, supply-chain constraints, pricing volatility, and delivery delays. Build productive working relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders, leadership, and peers, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, contract administration, or vendor management experience.
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts and purchase orders from request through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of contract principles, commercial terms, procurement procedures, and vendor-management practices.
  • Experience reviewing vendor proposals, comparing bids, evaluating pricing, and supporting supplier-selection or award decisions.
  • Ability to analyze costs and pricing information and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and Accounting teams to support CAPEX and OPEX forecasting, budget management, invoice accuracy, and purchasing controls.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and order-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience tracking equipment, parts, or technical-service orders through shipment, delivery, receipt, and reconciliation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with vendors, leadership, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and solve problems creatively in the face of supply constraints, delivery issues, or changing business requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable productivity, purchasing, and contract-management tools.
  • Working knowledge of technical contracts, business terms, computer hardware, software, databases, and related vendor ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience procuring IT-related hardware, software, cloud services, infrastructure equipment, or professional services.
  • Experience supporting procurement for data center, cloud, AI infrastructure, technology, or other technical operating environments.
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning, procurement, contract-lifecycle-management, inventory, or vendor-performance-management systems.
  • Experience sourcing in markets affected by equipment shortages, long lead times, constrained supply, or fluctuating pricing.
  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing, total-cost-of-ownership analysis, and supplier-risk management practices.
