Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• APICS certification is preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in sourcing and supply chain management in industrial settings.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supplier development.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading a team of sourcing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and optimize total value.
• Lead sourcing strategy for mitigation of single/sole sources and vendor value.
• Drive end-of-life and obsolescence management within the supply chain.
• Lead supplier quality engineering and ensure supplier performance.
• Establish visits with key vendors and onboard strategic suppliers.
• Oversee supplier qualification, surveillance, and supplier scoring.
• Manage supplier agreements to support sustainability and risk mitigation.
• Monitor KPIs related to inflation/deflation/tariffs and minimize exposure.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to optimize SAP workflows and master data.
• Support new product development with supplier selection for sustainable sourcing.
