Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field; or 4 years healthcare supply chain experience may substitute.
• 7+ years progressive sourcing and contracting experience.
• Supply chain certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a contract calendar and drive standardization with committees and leaders.
• Publish contract portfolio and ensure system-wide contract compliance.
• Lead category strategy development, cost savings goals, and supplier negotiations.
• Develop 3–5 year sourcing plans and lead RFPs/RFQs.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance through contracting processes to finalize terms.
