Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Solutions Engineer - this is a fully remote role, but candidates need to be based in Europe/US.

We are creating humanity’s first Blind Computer, powered by a decentralized network of nodes that enables “Blind Computation” through privacy enhancing technologies (PETs) such as multi-party computation (MPC) and homomorphic encryption (HE). We believe Blind Computation will become the internet’s base layer for all private data as PETs mature. We've attracted a notable initial cohort of Blind Computation builders across AI, DeFi, medical data, custody, wallets, messaging, and more.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will prototype, build, and experiment on the network. You will be responsible for enhancing the current feature set, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ideate, iterate, and develop new use cases that meet our users’ needs. This role is critical in bringing our product and company vision to life by accelerating internal development and expanding the potential applications of our network.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert and superuser of our SDK, including updating documentation and supporting external partners and developers.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, bridging the gap between developers and business stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to improve customer integration processes and strategies to onboard more developers and companies.
• Engage directly with prospects and customers to address their business requirements, demonstrating and communicating the value of our technology through demos, proof of concepts, and production deployment.
• Create prototypes (apps, programs, systems) on the network.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and challenges.
• Work closely with the engineering team to develop solutions for identified problems.
• Develop comprehensive solution diagrams for internal and external communication.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, proficient in Python and JavaScript, with a good understanding of Rust.
• Web3 experience or expertise in Cryptography, Blockchain, or MPC is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Unix CLI environment.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience working in a startup environment is mandatory.
