Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a seasoned IT administrator to manage corporate infrastructure, with a focus on macOS, Jamf, and automation. You will partner with Security Ops, IT Risk, SRE, Engineering, and AI Enablement to keep endpoints, networks, and SaaS in top shape.

Responsibilities include handling escalations, improving provisioning workflows, and advancing AI tool integrations while supporting SF-based operations three days per week.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT administration or similar infra role.
Experience in multi-OS environments, esp. macOS.
Proven endpoint management and ownership of corporate infra.
Familiarity with Jamf or similar MDM.
Experience with enterprise networking and identity/SaaS.
Automation of IT operations via Bash or Python.
Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, SCIM.
Experience with AI-enabled tools integration preferred.
Willingness to work from SF office 3 days/week.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Own complex technical escalations and document root causes, risks, and follow-up actions.
Improve endpoint provisioning, configuration management, access workflows, and routine IT operations through automation and self-service.
Maintain and optimize Jamf and endpoint tooling across a multi-OS environment, primarily macOS.
Administer and improve corporate networking, including enterprise wireless and zero-trust network access.
Implement secure integrations and operational guardrails for internal AI tools.
Lead improvements to the reliability, security, and scalability of corporate IT infrastructure.
Support technology refreshes, office buildouts, and infrastructure migrations.
Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI capabilities, including LLM-backed tools, retrieval workflows, and agent-style automation.
Improve team effectiveness through documentation, runbooks, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and durable operational practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or a comparable infrastructure role
Experience supporting a multi-OS environment, with strong experience in macOS
Experience owning endpoint management and corporate infrastructure
Experience with Jamf or a comparable MDM platform
Experience with enterprise networking
Experience with identity or SaaS administration
Experience automating IT operations through Bash or Python scripting, MDM workflows, infrastructure-as-code, or comparable engineering practices
Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, SCIM, and identity‑aware access patterns preferred
Experience supporting or integrating internal AI‑enabled tools, including LLMs, RAG, MCP, or similar connector patterns preferred
Experience designing controls for AI‑enabled systems preferred
Experience supporting cloud‑based SaaS environments or corporate IT systems intersecting with cloud infrastructure preferred
AWS experience is a plus
Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, CrowdStrike, or Netskope preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2 preferred
Experience supporting globally distributed teams and/or administering Windows and Linux environments, including Ubuntu, preferred
Willingness to work from the San Francisco office three days per week
Located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
Legally authorized to work in the United States
