Susco is seeking a highly independent senior software engineer who can blend development, business analysis, client consulting, and sales engineering. You will lead client engagements with minimal oversight and partner with executives on strategic opportunities.

The role requires mastery of architecture, autonomous delivery on complex projects, and a track record of guiding teams of 5+ developers through the SDLC in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.

• Serve as a client-facing technical leader and trusted advisor

• Minimum 5 years experience leading a team of 5+ software developers
