Qualifications

• Engineering or Technology B.S. degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience leading control and information system design and development.
• Extensive client consulting experience during solution architecture and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex project development activities and oversee site installation and commissioning.
• Provide advanced backup support and guidance for field service and project teams.
• Define system architecture, select solution platforms, and create concept-level designs.
• Guide project risk assessments and contingency planning.
• Develop and review specifications for user requirements, functionality, and system design.
• Support estimating for proposed solutions and project development labor.
• Ensure solutions comply with best practices, safety conventions and quality plans.
• Lead or participate in design reviews and deliverable approvals.
• Mentor engineers and develop training content for onboarding and knowledge transfer.
• Lead or serve as a core member of continuous improvement workstreams.
