Job summary

Turquoise Health is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, Consumer to help build consumer-facing healthcare pricing experiences. You will partner with product, data and engineering to validate and expand pricing estimates and the associated billing logic, while guiding customers through API integration and successful launches.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and strong customer relationships in a fully remote, US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing and coding, claims, care navigation, or digital health.
• Experience with institutional and professional claims.
• Strong understanding of commercial reimbursement and benefit design and how it translates to consumer cost.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product to define, build, validate and expand shoppable service estimates including pricing, billing, and bundling logic.
• Collaborate with data and engineering to ensure upstream data infrastructure supports accurate estimates.
• Serve as technical/product expert and partner for Sales and Customer Success; lead technical discovery, scoping and demos.
• Guide customers through API integration, implementation, and launch with strong adoption.
• Gather and prioritize technical feedback from customers to inform product development.
