Job summary

Saviynt seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to join its Sales organization in the Boston metro area. This role partners with Account Executives and regional VPs to sell an integrated Access Governance and Identity Security suite, enhanced with AI.

You will deliver technical demos, respond to RFx, and guide POCs and solutions across complex engagements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Solutions Engineering within Identity Security domains, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in Solutions Engineering within Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, or related areas.
• Demonstrated success presenting enterprise solutions and handling RFx responses.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Ability to mentor other Solutions Engineers and work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise solutions and workflow intelligence.
• Communicate solution value clearly to business and technical audiences.
• Provide needs assessment, consultation, and technical solutions with Saviynt team.
• Collaborate with sales and bid teams to respond to RFx.
• Support RFx responses and POC delivery with product management.
• Prioritize opportunities with sales leadership and drive them to closure.
• Provide feedback to product management and marketing from field insights.
• Ramp and coach engineers on demonstrations, RFPs, and POCs.
• Up to 40% domestic travel.
