  • Evaluate transportability, constructability, execution risk and logistics interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical assurance that proposed logistics solutions are practical, safe and commercially viable.
  • Conduct desktop transport feasibility studies and coordinate physical route surveys.
  • Assess bridge capacities, pavement loading, turning geometry, vertical clearances, permitting requirements and temporary works.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and detailed engineering recommendations.
  • Review engineering drawings to assess transportability, lifting arrangements, centre of gravity, transport envelopes and fabrication constraints.
  • Recommend improvements that enhance logistics efficiency and reduce project risk.
  • Support FEED studies, EPC tenders, RFIs and RFQs with technical engineering input.
  • Prepare technical narratives, engineering deliverables, budgets and execution philosophies.
  • Provide technical support during critical heavy transport operations.
  • Interface directly with EPC contractors, owners, engineering consultants, heavy haul contractors, ports, Marine Warranty Surveyors and regulatory authorities.
